Tire Rot - Do these tires look OK?

I've had these tires as my winter tires (when I am not running my Kuhmo 712s) for a while. I used to leave them in my basement until my father kicked them out to be underneath our house for the summer

They've always had some age on them, but I am wondering if I can go one more winter season with sidewalls like these. I want to sell the car this spring/summer, so ideally I wouldn't like to buy new tires for a car that I am going to get rid of.

They are Pirelli P4000s 215/60R16s

If you are just going to run them for the winter I don't see any problem. No need spending money you don't have to.

I just upgraded my career from tire tech to metal polisher to something completly unrelated to cars... electrician.

I did tire tech for 2 years and would get q's like this all the time after people asked questions like this... your tires are fine UNLESS they have surface cracks in the rubber.

You'd be surprised how angry some guys would get when they just shelled out 800 on new tires lol
