Can I use the EFI single nozle nitrous system instead of buying the NX system made for the LT1, its cheaper and doesnt come with the MAF housing but i was planing on hiding my system anyway. I am only going to run a 100 shot, so i dont really have to worry about timing, i was going to buy the MSD distributer for the adjustable timing, but i was wondering if i could get buy on another distributer?

Yes, the single nozzle will work perfectly on your car. The whole reason I went with the nozzle system versus the MAF system was simply the cost issue. I would maybe consider the GENX-2 upgrade kit which will have a fuel pressure safety switch, bottle heater, and purge valve. I would also consider adding a window switch, one step colder spark plugs (NGK TR-6 or Autolite 104s), and possibly a fuel pump upgrade (Racetronix 255lph). Granted all of these accessories will add some extra cost to your bill, they will also add more consistency to your nitrous setup and they will also help to protect your motor.

thats some good info, i was a little nerves, because i didnt know which one to buy and i didnt want to spend $900, but what about the distributer, can i just buy a GM performance, accel or summit? I was going to buy a MSD for the timing but i found out on the little shot i am going to be running i dont really need it

I would just go with the GM replacement, it seems that both the Accel and MSD have had some issues. As for the timing adjustment, you could always consider the Mallory 685 ignition box that alot of us run... it has both a timing retard function as well as a window switch.
