was the car ever in an accident? ever hit any curbs?
you need to check your alignment if u are having uneven tire wear
if your alignment can not be adjusting into specifications you may have a bent spindle, which would need replacing

the outside of my tire gets worn out. yes, my car has been wrecked. i have had it aligned many times, how do you check for a warped spindle?

based on your last post i wouldnt even bother checking for a warped spindle, i would just changed it
if you really want to be sure, the guys who did the alignment should have printed out a before and after measurements sheet, see how your camber is
other than that the only other check you can do is remove both spindles and place them side by side, they should be mirror images of one another

i found a deal & bought spindles & LS1 brakes. wouldn't the tie rods & ball joints need to be replaced since my car has a lot of miles on it?

its a good idea to replace them at the same time, it saves you from doing double work, but if there were chamnged recently then you'll be fine without changing them again
make sure with the ls1 brakes you have calipers, pads, the bracket an guide pins, rotors and hubs (u can re-use hubs from lt1's)

Its most likely because your open diff isnt allowing both tires to spin when doing all those burnouts. Then you go to rotate tires, do the x pattern, and it ends up in the front left.

worn tires
I have skinnies on my formula and both front s have started wearing on the inside, the last time i had them off I look to see what could possibly be causing it , and the upper a arm bushings are sloppy an worn. the stearing has a little play in it, if it is the inside you might check that,car has 93,000 on it. Just an idea
