How hard is it to put on a new ragtop?

How hard is it to put on a new ragtop?
A guy I work with(@ a body shop) has a 94 Camaro and he wants a new top, I told him we could do it. But I don't know how hard they really are. He don't want to mess with it.
So has anyone installed a new one? If so how hard was it. Or do you have any install sites on them?
