Hey, I am finishing up a LT1 turbo kit (finished pics up by tomorrow). I'd like to have someone local buy it so they can see it in person. Right now it consists of the following:

stock modified 1995 ex. manifolds.
2.5: cross over pipes
V-band flanges for quick assembly
3" downpipe
T67 Garrett Turbo T4 .96 tangential (rated for 750fwhp)
50mm HKS style wastegate with various springs for different boost levels
3 O2 sensor bungs (2 for closed loop and one on the DP for a wideband setup)

This kit should support 550-600rwhp with a forgd motor, heads/cam setup.

This kit loses A/C unfortunatley. I am looking to get $1750 firm for the stuff above for this week only. After this week I am ptting the price to $1850.

If you have any quesions or concerns or want big pictures, email me since I check that more than this site: jrbellas95z28@yahoo.com

If it doesnt sell here, I will throw it up on ebay. I can also do a cold side and intercooler for those interested.

Jon

Yes it will fit, but there some things you'll need to have done for the install:

1. Removal of A.C compressor (need to buy a $50 A/C delete pulley...found on ebay). You must remove the A/C radiator as well.

2. The smog pump (on the driver's side) will need to be removed.

Other than that, just wrapping any nearby wires or coolant tubes with heat shielding. If you run this kit like a S/C kit, then the same rules apply. You can run ~6psi with a good tune. You'll need a Walbro 255lph intank pump and larger injectors (probably 42's will be fine). This kit with the T67 will support 550-600rwhp, so when you get a built motor the kit will support the power down the road. On your car as it sits right now (based on the mods in your sig), I suspect ~375-400rwhp @ 6psi with stock heads/cam.

Shoot me an email with your goals/concerns and we can talk about it more:

Pics will be up later this afternoon after I finish painting the pipes.

This kit was designed to support 550-600rwhp with this turbo and 650-700rwhp with a T76. The turbo I have for my ride is a GT42-76 T6 rated at 1200hp and I havent found a spot to mount it yet and I need to make tubular headers...I figured I could make a quick kit with my stock manny's and make a few $$ to buy more mods.

Also, if anyone is interested in me installing it for them, I am open to that as well.

If only I had a DD. I'm to stock to go for something like that. Even if stock can take it, its only a matter of time til something goes and I just have no cash for fixing it.

Yeah, if your fbody is your DD, then boost isnt what you want to do. Definitely wait until you have a DD.

If you get a beater, insurance will range from $400-$800 depending on how much covergae you want.

Come on folks, its as easy as dropping your car off at my house... then 4 weeks later you have a finished/installed turbo kit with frontmount intercooler and everything completed. Half down upfront and the balance when you come pic the car up. I dont mind finishing the kit since some people dont want to fab the cold side themselves.

I think if you sell that thing to somebody you should invest that money into some welding classes. Those have to be some of the most ugly welding beads I have ever seen.I wouldnt open my hood with that stuff under there.

Thanks for the words newbie:rolleyes: . Some welds came out better than others, but with paint on the pipes and it being mounted low in front, you'll never see the welds.

BTW, pm me if you want and I'll give you my address so you can criticize my welds in person. My mig welder is setup and ready so you can show me your welding skills in person.

This was one of my better mig welds...yeah. some arent as pretty, but oh well. If you want pretty tig welds then buy the same stuff for $3500 from a vendor.
