Nothing but problems right now. Don't waste your time with them.

I've been hearing wierd stuff about them lately. I bought a Snow Meth kit from them a couple months ago and the service and shipping was top notch.

Right now they are in Indy for the Impala National event. Word is they lost the big dog race because "The Pig" kept breaking traction at the big end, hell of a problem to have huh, still went 10.32 pedalling like that, it is a solid 9 second car seen vids of a number od mid and even a few low 9 second passes.
I am sure prep for all that was very time consuming and it will be a few days easily before they get back so give them a few days and try again.

IF the above post is true, it seems they have bigger problems than loss of traction at the big end as it seems they dont't care much about their customers. I certainly hope this is just a temporary thing with them and that they will be back to their normal status soon. Although it seems highly unlikely that they would choose to shut down their business and not answer their phones or E-mails for over two weeks now.

Last time you posted this queston, someone told you they were moving to a different building. Were you able to follow up on that info?

I can confirm that they are moving buildings. Someone replied to one of my e-mails. They told me they are not accepting orders for another two weeks, and that was about two weeks ago.

They sent me the wrong injectors. They said they would swap them asap. I haven't heard from them since the 27th. They won't respond to my emails. So far, I'm out $300.

To answer Inguneer's question, short of flying to Las Vegas myself and renting a car to drive to their shop (which I have considered doing), the only follow-up that I have been able to do is to keep E-mailing them and calling them on a daily basis and thus far have gotten no response. It is (was) not my intent to start any trouble here, I only want to know if others have experienced the same lack of response that I have AND to see if anyone knows why.

I wasn't suggesting that you were starting trouble... I was just curious why you didn't just kick your previous thread (7/2) up to the top, since it already had a response of sorts.

I live here in Vegas where Dave was the president of the local fBody club. They are indeed in the process of moving to another location and the other info is true. Dont worry, once they get semi situated they will take care of everything. They are a top notch shop so dont worry.

>I bought my 396 Callies stroker kit from them a couple... no a few years back and they shipped all on time. One of the few vendor I didn't have a problem with.

Athough they have had good service in the past, there's no excuse not to take care of their customers right now. Their customers should be top priority.

I agree with you 110%, and I would like to appologise for the poor customer service some of you have experienced over the past month or so. Trying to move a 11,000 sq/ft shop is no small task. Doing this while trying to take and ship orders was a bad idea in retrospec. I will do everthing it takes to make it right. If you have/had an issue please pm me and I will get you squared away.

Thank you

Sam

Has anyone talked to or received parts from Combination Motorsports in the last week or two??? I am at the end of my rope with these guys and just don't understand what their problem is!!! Their voice mailbox is full and they are not answering their phone or returning messages...very unprofessional way of doing business in my opinion. Has anybody else experienced this or am I the only one???

They did finally send my injectors about 3 weeks ago. It took a lot of calls and emails, but I finally got through to someone. It was very frustrating. At was to the point that I just wanted my money back so I could buy somewhere else. After their response to these threads, I assumed they had everything back under control.

I have also been trying to contact them for like the last month. Voice mail is always full. I got to the voice mail once and no reply. Also sent several emails. I think on there recording it should say business closed for a certain amount of time due to moving. Im wondering if I get thru and talk to someone if I even want to do business with them. What if my parts are wrong and I cant get a hold of them. I would be pissed. Sorry just venting. I really feel this is a bad way to operate a business. IMO
