Rear Seats Loose

I'm looking at a 2001 Convertible to buy. Everything is clean on the car and interior is great except that both rear seat bottoms are VERY loose. They look connected on the bottom front, but the entire seat will hinge up from the rear. They do not look like they connect to anything at all on the bottom. They're actually "springy" when you push them they bounce up and down a couple of inches and the seat belt clips fall underneath. Now, this may be the way they are supposed to be, but I've never owned one, so I'm not sure. I just want to make sure that if they need to be fixed, the car dealer takes care of them for me. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks...

Re: Rear Seats Loose

If the vert cars are the same as the coupes there's only one bolt holding them in - center front of the cushion.
