3rd and 4th gear mid RPM

In 3rd and 4th ar around 3000 or so RPM i get a rought feeling and then goes away it seems at higher rpm. only feel it of course when i'm playing around or racing. i normaly shift at about 3000 so i just start to feel the rough spot.

any ideas?

Don't listen to devilisht2003 he ripped me off, i sent him $210 on paypal for his rims over two months ago on his for sale page and he is ignoring me! TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF!!!
