WILL 4th GEN EXHAUST FIT 3rd ???

I just need a yes or no before my friend commits , one person told me yes but another said no so im at 50/50 please help.

I know the Tail Pipes will my brother in law had them on his 91 But I dont know how far back he went. If he put the cat backs on or what

I know that the GMMG exhaust fits 82-02, so I'd say it's a pretty good bet that they all fit.

I don't know about the LT1 4th gens, but the LS1's have a totally different y-pipe than the thirdgens which makes the cat-back different. As far as the part over the axle and the muffler, etc. it looks pretty similar but there will probably be some fabbing involved in putting a whole 4th gen exhaust on a thirdgen

yeah the I-pipe might need to be cut, or lengthened, but over the axle should be the same

Yea, they will fit but they need to be tweaked a little like the Magnaflow unit.
