Converting To Manuel

im converting to manuel on my 1996 z28 camaro should i do it how much work will i have to do? i have the money wat trany should i buy?

t-56...do a search in this forum...there are a few threads about guys who have switched t-56's into auto cars.

ya i like shifting , automatic is faster but , a sport car feels better with stick... im not sure wat i wanna do yet

Needed parts:

T56 transmission
bellhousing
clutch assembly
manual tranny crossmember
shifter
console cover
shift level boot
3-pedal assembly with clutch hydraulics

A car with a T56 will be faster than a stock auto/stock converter.
