How loud (quiet?) would this be?

I'm toying with some ideas for my exhaust setup and was wondering if anybody has seen/heard anything like this. I've go LE1.5 h/c setup and long tubes w/ no cat. I was thinking of putting a 3 inch e-cutout after the y-pipe and running it into a stock muffler. Figure it should give me the best of both worlds. Max power and sound when I want it, ability to have a conversation within 50 feet of the car when I dont. Right now I've got it going into a turned down 1 in 1 out 3 inch magnaflow and its reasonable, but i'd like it a little quieter.

I've allways considered putting a e-cutout after my 3 inch y and then running a stock exhaust after the cutout for the same reason. Sound stock with the cutout closed (except for the blower whine) and then open it up for sound and flow.

Ive got longtubes, an ory, an electric cutout and a stock catback. It sounds a little louder than stock with the cutout closed and you can have a conversation with someone when they are in the car or next to it, and there is little to no drone. Ive been told it sounds pretty good outside the car, but i never let anyone else drive so i have no idea. This setup makes for a great sleeper. But with the cutout open it sounds badass.
