Rear Defroster Detached...solder???

Rear Defroster Detached...solder???
The connector came off the rear window...the metal part that sits on the grid. Looks like its just solder...would I be able to heat it up and resolder it or is it gone for good?

Good news for me...thanks much! I'll have to wait until i can get it in my friends shop though, hot soldering iron and cold rear glass will not play nice.

you can find sheets of solder mesh material at most hardware stores. its like screen made out of solder so you can make sure you get the best connection for the larger rear defroster pluggy plastic thing.
