Brake Vacuum Bost And Trans

Can anyone tell me what parts would be necessary to remove the vacuum boster in my 82 Z28 to convert to manual brakes, also can i remove the down shift cable and modulator valve on my turbo 350 since i run a B&M transpak.thanks
