Window Problems.

Once again my power motor is out! Yes. Now it's just buzzing to and making the door vibrate. Not going anywhere but down. The window is holding right now. It's about 2" down. Its' like the motor is still operating but not making full contact with that gigantic gear in the regulator. I can pull the window to the top with manually but it just drops back down again.

And there's one more problem. It seems the mount holes on the door are ripped down the door about .5". I know this can't be good. Any ideas on how to approach this? I need all the help I can get!:confused:

More than likely, the regulator dropping down is what caused the problem in the first place. Try to move it back up into place and mark the location. Then drill out the rivets and check all the tracks and rollers while you have it out. Patch the worn out holes with something like Nitrostan or Bondo and drill them out in the place you marked them. A replacement regulator will not come with hardware.

Anyone know how to get the window regulator back in the door and hooked up ?

Well I got it back in and worken, but don't ask me how I did it and I would never attempt it again, NOT FUN !!!!! Thanks for all your help.
