When I turn the steering wheel to the right just a bit I feel some friction is going on. Then i turn it back straight and it is goes away
. Turn a little to the right and again, I feel some friction. Turning the wheel to the left is smooth with no friction. Anyone know what it might be? Power steering fluid is topped.

Thanks

What do you mean friction? On the wheels? the steering wheel itself? the steering column?

I had a clicking noise that kind of felt like friction when ever I turned the wheel. Turned out the castle nuts on the rack and pinion were loose and I took it out and cleaned it then tightened it back down. Went away.

Check the rack and pinion and see if the boots are chewed or something, there might be dirt inside the rack causing the friction feel. Might be something totally else too. There is also 4 bolts under the dash panel that is by your knees. Try looking at those.

It is a very light rubbing feel when I turn the steering wheel to the right. It feels like it is coming from the bottom of the steering column under the car.
