What is the proper way to bed and season the brakes when installing new rotors and pads?
Can this be done at the same time? Baer recamends doing the calipers first, then replacing the pads?

New pads and rotors can be bedded at the same time. Start by making several firm stops at around 20 mph, then increase speed and make several firm stops at 50 mph. You'll smell the brake pads so don't panic. Drive around for about 5 minutes to let the system cool down then bump the speed up to about 70 mph and make several firm stops. Again drive around for 5 - 10 minutes to let the system cool down. Park the car and don't apply the emergency brake to allow the system to fully cool off.
