ImportKILLER 07-19-2005, 12:34 PM I've had my Taylor wires for almost three years now with no problems. My setup is somewhat fortified though: heat shield boots & high temp jackets on problem areas. After this set goes, I'll buy Taylor again. Hedzilla 07-19-2005, 05:21 PM Ok, in the general tech forum people are saying that even a while ago, people have noticed serious problems with Taylor wires. Read up on it. Its mainly low RPM hesitation, but it will hesitate through the entire range. ImportKILLER 07-19-2005, 05:33 PM Have you contacted Taylor at all? deadmeat2004 07-20-2005, 10:50 AM i had heard a few things about taylor. but no more than any other. besides possibly msd. Its hard to keep any wires from doing that too long w/o doing things like importkiller, the heat shields and and sleeves are a must on our cars. there is a sticky on how to prevent it. What you dont get is that these wires are practically brand new, my friend's ARE brand new. Its not like they are melted, worn, dryrotted, etc. I put stock wires on tonight, new ones, and it runs fine now. deadmeat2004 07-21-2005, 11:15 AM thats crazy. I havent ever heard anything like that before. i would contact taylor and let them know. That doesnt sound right. | ||
