I've seen those on a few cars. A couple guys on LS1Tech have them. I can't believe that guy would actually charge someone $900 for those. What an a$$hole.. In the Army, we call people like him buddyf\/ckers...

 

These have been discontinued from GM. If you find any, they will be NOS.

Maybe someone would have better luck contacting a Pacific Region salvage yard. That may be your only choice to find any.

This guy used them on his car...I don't know if they mention this page in that other thread...but it has an e-mail address and all if you want some...I don't know how recent that info is, but that's where I've saw them...

I just looked, and that first pic was taken on 4-5-02, so at least we know he got his this year...

 

There are no more of the export taillights available in the states. There was a guy from North Carolina, Tim, that was importing them from Japan. Daniel from Florida who posts here has his e-mail address. The last time he was getting over $300 a set but they are worth it since they are quite rare.
