Car won't start... (VATS? Clutch safety switch?)

So like 2-3 weeks ago I replaced the battery, it was an old battery and slowly wasn't holding as much power.

Replaced it, car starts first crank no problems...

Today, went to turn key, car did nothing. Its just like if I don't have the clutch pushed in. It has fulll power guage is up, doesn't click or anything like if the battery was low, no noises. If you do it when the bat is low it will click but not turn, this doesn't....

I'll check or maybe bypass the clutch safety switch(I had to do it on my 94 when it went bad) I am worried might be the ignition lock cylinder, that went I on my 94, was a dealership thing, $300ish bucks, and got new keys.
