Need bumpstop part numbers

I need one for each side....the originals rotted and fell off. If anyone could give me the part number, I'd appreciate it!

10164173 Jounce Bumper. Same number for both sides.

Can someone elaborate on this bump stop fad? Whats the goods/bads of it and the ease of doing them?

Mine are rotting too. One is nearly completely gone. You don't want the axle bashing into the frame/gas tank/whatever... :eek:
