Oil pan leak

Oil pan leak

Hi i noticed an oil leak on the oilpan it seems to be forming right under the screw that let"s the oil out when i do an oil change.It's screwed on thight could it be the washer.

Probably the drain plug gasket; your local part store sells replacement gaskets.

Use a paper type gasket instead of a metal washer, it will seal alot better.

a dab of silicon helps as well
