I won, I won, I won...

Finally, won something this weekend.
We had a 12.00 Index racing this weekend.
It took 4 rounds to do it

Paid $15 entry and converted that into a $200 payout.

Car was dead on. 12.0x's almost every round and cutting .550 or less lights on every round.

Big congrats, I know how you must be feeling right now. I'm sure you probably would've given back some of that money for an 11 sec slip though.

Smokn '94Z - Race weight is about 3500 with me in it. (That's approx) last time it was weighed it was 3550. But some weight reduction mods was done to the car, mainly wheels/tires.

big dave - You got that right, I would have traded the win for a 11-sec slip.

sfGi8nt - The 11 is coming.....just waiting on that perfect evening.

I should have raced at the Midnight drags, the DA was -150 feet. The down side of the Midnights is that they don't run the lights, the only way to know was to ask someone in the tower. (I want proof of it, either Video or Timeslip).

On a good note is the weather is looking good for Tuesday night, I will try it again than. Just hope the High Pressure stay's in the area for at least one more day.

Hmm...I wieghed my car the last time at the track, and it weighed 3360 lbs. This is with EVERYTHING IN IT...SPARE AND JACK AND ALL
I weigh 140lbs. so I am also at 3500 race weight... EVEN.
Now, why is it that a guy who weighs 100lbs. more than me, has a race weight of 3650-3750 lbs?
I've seen a few people who's car weighs 3550 BY ITSELF.

And, maybe I can also be the next (or the first since he hasn't done it yet ) to hit 11's like this

God luck Ken. I'm sure we'll be reading about your hit before the season ends.
And if we don't, watch out...I just might be there when the track opens next season j/k

Yes. I am one of those heavy guys. With everything in my car it weighs 3500 #'s. Add Me & the Race Wt is 3700 #'s. I really wish it was lighter but I will not resort to stripping the car down to achieve this. I would rather add POWER!!! However running a 11 sec run would be cool with just the Hot Cam.. HHHHMMMMMM
