FS: Modded 95 Z28 A4
Those of you unfamiliar w/ my car, here is the rundown:
95 Z28 A4, Black, T-tops, Bose CD stereo.
Mods:
-Ken's Performance 4L60E w/ stage 2 shift kit and vacuum conversion. Vigilante 2800-3000 stall. Apprx. 20K miles
-Vinci HiPerformance ported and polished cylinder heads w/ coated, port-matched intake. Stock-sized valves.
-LT4 Hot cam w/ LT4 timing chain, Twisted-wedge hardened pushrods, *Brand new Comp lifters, Crane 1.6 Gold Alum. roller rockers, Lt4 springs,
-Pacesetter coated longtubes, into 3" y-pipe, into custom 3" catback (no cats, no emissions)
-PCM4Less tuning
-Z06 85mm MAF, K&N CAI
-new opti, MSD coil
Top end of motor was rebuilt 500 miles ago due to a partially blown head gasket. I let the car sit for 2 years because I don't have the time for it anymore. The previous setup before the rebuild included shorty headers and 3.73 gears. With this setup and aggressive tuning the car trapped over 115mph and broke into the 11's w/ the help of some DR's. I changed the gears due to the horrible gas mileage, it is now getting over 20mpg on the highway. I have not taken the car to the track since getting it back together.
-Needs some work to be perfect (eg. the A/C needs to be recharged), could use fresh paint. Call and I'll give you all the minor details.
-I'm putting the car in the Autotrader next week for $5,000/obo. For anyone from this website I'll go $4,500 and throw in an extra LT1 that is sitting in my garage (perfectly good).
