OBD1 tuning program options

Are tunercat and LT1_edit the only options avalible to us? back when i was new to v8's i bought a Hypertech and now feel that for $350 i got ripped bigtime. i have a very capable laptop and scanning software, but im looking for a capable tuner.

LT1 Edit is supposed to be the best I guess.

You could do a search.. lots of info out there. I chose Tunercat because it isnt VIN locked to only 1 PCM and is considerably less expensive with the same tuning capability.
