Car running rich after new injectors

I have stock heads with the 847 cam. Car ran great with stock injectors, made good power and the tune was dead on. I was hitting 100% duty cycle on the injectors though, so I upgraded to 30s. I also wanted to be safe on the gas. Anywho, I changed the injector size in tunercat to 31, as it defaulted to 29.9 when I put in 30. However, now it seems that the car is running really rich on motor. It breaks up a hair on the top end, but runs killer when spraying. I also put in a new walbro pump. Could the pump be stronger than the stock one causing the richness? I know a dyno tune would be optimal, but the dyno here closed. I'm just trying to think about the other possible scenarios.

I'm going to take a guess and say that they were SVO/FMS 30#ers you put in? If yes, those injectors are rated at a different psi then your stockers. Do a search and you should be able to find the conversion.

I believe they are rated at a lower pressure hence they would spray more fuel at our hhigher pressure.

Sweet...thanks Outkast. I bet that is what it is, they are indeed SVOs. I will change that and then put the wideband on it this weekend.
