tire suggestion on my 17x8......camaro98_speed 03-13-2005, 01:15 AM I have eagle 17" rims. I currently have 275/40/17 tires on my rims. What size tire should i get that would look nice a low profile on the rim. I'm guessing, its only a guess, that since my rims are only 8" and not 9.5" or 10" that there is too much tire and it doesn't look as low profile as it could be. I could be wrong, and could be seeing things. I have the predator programer, so i can adjust for tire size and what not. thnx jp Injuneer 03-13-2005, 10:01 AM The only tire sizes that would provide a "lower profile" would be tires that are significantly smaller in outside diameter than the stockers (and the ones you have now). Going to a smaller diameter tire opens up the gap between the fender and the tire, and reduces ground clearance. camaro98_speed 03-13-2005, 01:47 PM ah, i dont want to do that.
