Suspensions Questions

I got a job for you guys.

Identify the uses, pros/cons, of the following suspension upgrades.

Subframe Connectors
Strut Tower Braces
Rear Control Arms
Panhard Rod
High Performance Torque Arm
Progressive Rate Springs

The answers will become a sticky :) (or at least it should)

Why don't you use the search and answer the questions on your own :)

SFC - structural rigidity; sometimes hang low and interfere with headers, etc.
STB - appearance mod, IMO.
LCA - reduces weight and strength over stock stamped steel; sometimes add road noise and vibration
PHR - reduces weight and strength over stock stamped steel; adjustable function helps recenter rear end after lowering
TA - helps to increase traction under the right circumstances
Springs - generally used for lowering and added handling; many choices; needs shocks to take full advantage
