THANKS FOR DOING ANOTHER 3RD GEN JUSTICE!! that thing's gorgeous! kandied91z 01-27-2005, 09:42 PM looks very nice, where did you get the headliner from as i'm looking for one to recover and not sure where to buy? rsn932 01-27-2005, 10:03 PM that is gorgeous. nice job dude! LS1Z28 01-27-2005, 10:15 PM looks very nice, where did you get the headliner from as i'm looking for one to recover and not sure where to buy? I recovered the old headliner myself. The repop ones are junk in my opinion. It cost me $25.00 for the materials and about 1hour of my time. kandied91z 01-28-2005, 01:28 AM you mind suggesting what you used for the board as the base to recover. i just removed mine and it was ruined in the rear by the people who built my cage so i need a new foundation to wrap. LS1Z28 01-28-2005, 09:53 AM I used the original fiberglass board It was in excellent condition. If your's is not to messed up you can glue it back together with weather strip adhesive. If you have cracks in it you can repair them with duct tape. pigsticker 01-28-2005, 11:05 AM I used the original fiberglass board It was in excellent condition. If your's is not to messed up you can glue it back together with weather strip adhesive. Mine's not torn, it's just sagging in a few places. LS1Z28 01-28-2005, 11:08 AM I used a product called autotex it's the cloth with the foam backing attached, you should be able to find it at any upolstery supply store. robvas 01-28-2005, 11:56 AM Nice! 95redvert 01-28-2005, 01:26 PM There are no words to give justice to what yo have done. LS1Z28 01-30-2005, 12:38 PM The first thing when you take it apart, bag the hardware and identifiy what part of the car it came from. The rest is just detail . :D FruityOne 01-30-2005, 01:20 PM The first thing when you take it apart, bag the hardware and identifiy what part of the car it came from. The rest is just detail. When we tore my friends interior apart we did just that. Saved us a bunch of time looking for bolts. I also did the same thing when I tore my engine up for heads/cam/intake/headers. Made it alot easier to put it back together since we didn't have to hunt for bolts. | ||
