What spring rate with QA1 springs and R series shocks???

What spring rate with QA1 springs and R series shocks???
Daily driver and pretty much stock weight. Want this to ride good for daily driving but be able to transfer weight to the rear as much as possible. If there is anything else that i am missing let me know. The rates range from 295 to 325. Let me know what you are using if you have a similar setup.
