Just finishing up the install of the HSR on my 1991 Z28 . Im down to the upper rad hose and vacuum lines. I bought this system used and looked at Holleys instructions as to what fittings are neede and where theay are tapped. Everything looks like it was done correctly. I have 4 fittings on the back of the plenum. 2 large and 2 small. 1 large for the brake booster, 1 large for the PCV valve to the valve cover. Great. 1 small for the AFPR and 1 small for the MAP sensor. Great.

PROBLEM:
Im left with 2 vacuum lines. 1 for the heater controls (vents) and 1 3 way valve thing the I believe has to do with cruise control. What do I do with them? Can I plumb the heater control to the 3 way valve and add a port? How do you guys do it? Maybe someon can make me a little diagram...
Thanks
Kris

I put the MAP alone. I drilled another hole for the AFPR and used hole for vacuum. The other 2 are for brake booster and IAT. The one at the bottom is for PCV.

So do you have 5 fittings then? My set up is like this. I have 2 large fittings and 2 small fittings at the rear of the plenum.
1 big one is brake booster
2 big one is for the breather
3 small one is for the AFPR
4 small one for MAP sensor

On the underside of the plenum I have the IAT mounted...just like on a TPI plenum.

Im thinking tapping another port in so Ill have 5 outlets on the back and IAT on the underside. Any thoughts??

Same setup except that my IAT is on the back and the breather is on the bottom of the plenum. You could tap it just like you mentioned.
