LS1 to a LT1 K member

Does anyone know if an LS1 will bolt up to a LT1 K-member with little modification or would it just be easier to get an LS1 k-member? Reason I ask is because I was going to swap my 3.8 for an LT1 and bought a LT1 k-member and now I've changed plans and want to go the LS1 route.

The motor mounting locations and styles are diffrent. Just sell the LT-1 k member and buy an LS1.

Also I know you have to modify the LT1 k-member for the compressor to fit also...It would be wise to get the LS1 k-member
