Ok got new carrier and 3.42 gears for my 2.73 car..actual observations and opinons.

Ok got new carrier and 3.42 gears for my 2.73 car..actual observations and opinons.

I found a carrier and 3.42 gears from a 2002 to use in my lame 2.73 96 z28.

So honestly will this be a very noticeble difference.The car is pretty much a pooch right now .So will I be happy.Would have went 3.73 but think the 3.42 will be enough.Planning like a 3200 stall also and some nittos.

3.42 should make a nice improvement and the converter will add to that.
