2 questions.. the mechanic doing the work on my car..had a question of 2 lines he isnt sure how to run.. at the top of the picture...that arrow points to the one of the lines....that metal piece i think...connects between the air filter and intake on the supercharger. he wants to know where that line goes...towards the bottom the second arrow points 2 a line comming off of the blow off valve where does that get run? im not sure if i described this in the best of detail....hopefully the pic will speak for itself.. we looked through the manual...it didnt have any info on the vacuum lines..that we saw..as usual any help is apprecated thanks

The first line is the inlet side of the optispark vent. If you have a '93/'94 model, don't worry about it, plug it.. If you have a '95-'97, you should see two vacuum lines at the optispark, one will run to the intake manifold, the other one will go nowhere, now that the stock intake tract is gone. It used to tie in right after your MAF meter.

The vacuum line off the surge valve goes to the intake manifold, just tee it in, or if you've done away with the EGR, you can use that now spare vacuum port on the side of the intake manifold. The manifold vacuum under normal driving conditions holds the surge valve open to keep the compressor unloaded. When you floor it, the intake vacuum goes to "0", the surge valve closes, the compressor loads- and you get boost and a smile. :)

good luck!
