Please help quick!

I am trying to remove my alternator but I am unable to get the last nut off in order to remove the belt. The nut size is a 15/16" and there looks like an allen key bolt. I have tried by both using the 15/16" wrench and the allen key but all it does is spin the belt.

Is there another nut or something on the other side that I am missing? I have removed the bolts that hold the bracket in place and the passenger side bolt. The only thing that I can see that is left is the big 15/16" nut.

Thanks!
