Skip GUMP 09-29-2002, 08:14 AM As far as I know there was not a rule change. Back when I built my Firebird I did not know of any aftermarket torque arms. The best sixty foot that I had with it was a 1.48. I eventually destroyed it and replaced it with an Edelbrock torque arm. It is now relocated and heavily modified (best of 1.41).
