Anyone in AZ with OBD2 diagnostic equipment?

I'm have some problems with my car and instead of continuing to throw parts at it, I'd like to figure out exactly what the problem is.

If anyone in AZ (hopefully Phoenix metro area) has the LT1 OBD2 diagnostic equipment (auto-tap, or whatever, I'm not sure), and/or a fuel pressure guage and wouldnt mind helping me out, it would be great! I'd be willing to buy lunch or give you some cash or whatever for your time, if necessary. I just really want to figure out whats going on...

Basically, when the car is warm-hot, it has been hesitating, but lately, when it gets hot, it doesnt want to start up, and when it does, it'll hardly idle on its own and it runs like ****. After a few minutes, it'll smooth out a little and go back to its norman hot hesitation.

Thanks guys!
