What pressure in DRs for expressway use?

When going on the expressway to and from the track, what should I inflate my DRs to? Normal pressure, like 35 psi or so?

air them up to when they are flat (as in not cupped or bulged) at speed

I would run mine at 35 lbs. when I used them on the street to get to the track. I don't drive on them on the street anymore, don't wanna chance ruining them by running over a nail or something so I swap them out at the track.
