i dk what would be considered "best" it might depend on your driving style and what your doing. a lot of people recommended the suspension techniques i think it was 35mm soild bar, which is what i got. probably the best mod ive done to the car so far

The sway bar you are referring to is one of the best on the market today, I wouldn't hesitate to get one of them... Don't waste your time (and money) with the 32mm stuff, go straight for the 35mm bar. F-bodies benefit tremendously from big front bars as far as handling goes..

The 35 mm Strano bar is slightly stiffer than the 32 mm BMR but is significantly lighter. Either is a good upgrade.
I like my Hotchkis 36mm hollow.Darn good fitment, quality hardware.Brackets have grease zerks and are gusseted. Powdercoat is flawless. I got it from tire rack.Only the front bar for $250.
BTW I had the ST35mm pig of a bar damn heavy. And I swear this 36mm is a little stiffer than it is.
I hated the BMR 32mm I can hardly even tell it from stock.

I don't know if www.lgmotorsports.com has the kind of sway bar your looking for but you might give them a look anyway. There known for some pretty high end autocrossing suspension pieces as well.

That's a surprising remark. For me the difference is night and day. One of my favorite mods.

A solid sway bar does not have that big of a benefit over a properly designed hollow sway bar of the same size. Yes, there is a slight improvement in stiffness, but I really do not feel it is worth the weight penalty. I have had stock, 1LE and now the Strano 35mm hollow, and the best of them is the Strano 35mm bar. It makes a much more noticeable difference than going from stock to the 32mm 1LE unit. Plus for only $199, you really can't beat it. Finally, considering how nose heavy our cars are to begin with, the absolute LAST thing they need is additional weight on the front end.
