Can you plug the TB coolant holes or bypass the coolant to the TB somehow?
Mine won't stop leaking on my GTP.

Coolant Bypass for 3800 V6?Gripenfelter 07-21-2004, 01:21 PM Can you plug the TB coolant holes or bypass the coolant to the TB somehow? Mine won't stop leaking on my GTP. morb|d 07-21-2004, 01:49 PM uh, the 3800s in 4th gens don't have coolent going through the TB so i doubt anyone on here would know anything about that. but the 3400s do and there's a way to bypass it. Gripenfelter 07-21-2004, 02:26 PM Sorry my bad. Its a SUPERCHARGED 3800 on a GTP. Thought it would be the same setup. The intake has 2 holes in it, and the tb has a trough. But if it's leaking, it's probably the gasket. So filling up the trough won't help in that case. | ||
