I was just thinking about getting together again. Also, next month will be the annual BBQ at my place....hopefully alot of people will be able to make it.

We should do something before that though....I was thinking of having the BBQ in late August, but something before that would be cool.

On a side note, not sure what the deal with the low turnout has been lately....I think that is a reason Gary and I have not been settting alot up this year so far. Seems like no one comes. ??

I would be up for a meet also. I am pretty new to the board but I have known Jason for many years. I had other things going on for the other meets otherwise I would have been there. Well, that and I need a new opti. I am looking forward to meeting up with the gang!

i dont have a problem coming to them, but if noone is gonna show, i much rather save the time and gas! if gary wants to have a few people to his house, i can do that, but if we are gonna have some sorta car gathering and noone wants to show, then thats a different story!

i have someone in this area who is willing to cruise out with me, so, i could be interested in doing something in rochester again! im not to excited about driving out to buffalo if there is only a handful of people, if we can get 10-12 more more people then anywhere is good for me!
hope i am not being a di(k, but if i am gonna drive all that way, i much rather wait till the burnout at jays house if we dont get a good crowd!

I am bummed that my car is down. But it looks like it will have another couiple of hundred cubic inches when it's back together so all in all I am not too bummed out. I still would like to see you guys and shoot the s**t.

If everything goes according to plan I'm free the 28th - and going with the schedule I should have my car done during the previous week and in need of tune. *Crosses fingers* It's just a matter of getting the engine finished on time.

The picnic is in Bath. What we usually do is have the Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse people meet in Rochester @ pizzeria UNO in Henrietta and cruise down from there. Some also just go on their own, whichever you care to do is fine.

A guy from thirdgen.org pointed me today at you guys. I don't have my car on the road, and it is not going to be for a while (doing a full rebuild), but I thought I would come out and meet some fbody people from around the area

I will be in town until Monday Morning, leaving from IN right now.

I will not be there for the bbq. That is the the weekend before school starts and I will be very busy. I am up for something after the 1st of September. Hopefully I will have my car running after that too. Is anyone still up for going to SLP day.....Dave....?

28th Works for me!!! I'll be out to get some food. Does anyone have the programing ability to set my speedometer for 3.73 gears so my odometer quits racking up more miles then it should?? Just thought I checked before I went out and bought one of those little boxes for like 100 bucks. Take care and I hope to see lots of people I havent seen in a while!

btw, i will meet u guys in rochester on the 28th...all i ask, is that we can do it a little earlier! i hate starting the road trip after noon and and drive while its the nicest part of the day, plus i would like to make the day a little longer!

I wont be able to make it guys. I just got hired by a local orthopedic surgeon and Ive been stupid busy lately not to mention the last couple months. Have fun.:)
