tc in ms-dos mode
tc in ms-dos mode
I have heard people on here say that it is safer programming in ms-dos mode. The only time my computer has ever been in ms-dos mode was by accident and I had to get someone else to show me how to get out of it! Is there anyone willing to give me a rundown of how to use tunercat in ms-dos?
Ok, i had to ask our computer guy here. You need a 3 1/2" floppy disk. You want to format the floppy from Windows. However, if your hard drive is NTFS, it probably won't work, it needs to be FAT32. If it is FAT32, format the disk, then shut down while leaving the disk in the floppy drive. Then restart and it should boot off of the disk, and boot in DOS. Good luck.
