04 Gt, 97 Trans am ,

Got into a couple races tonight the first one was , The 04 GT was the first race he was bone stock I've watched him 9.03 at the track which i think is pretty good for a mustang, I heated up the nittos we went from a 3 honk dead stop i pulled 4 cars on him out of the hole and kept pulling had 7 or 8 cars then he gave up was not even the 1/8 th mile, Second race was a 97 Trans am A4 3.23,pulleys,Cai,i think flowmasters , we ran from the same 3 honk dead stop I instantly pulled 3 cars on him out of the hole, had 5 on him when i went to second, we both had a passenger I shut down around 90 with a 7 to 8 car lead, also that 97 trans am raced a Srt4 from a 10 roll I dont know what mph they raced too but the Srt won by a car and half... IT was all good races everyone was cool after..

Good Kills

You have a good drag combo there with stall gears and nittos. Do you still find yourself spinning on the nittos with the gear and stall? I am sure the long tubes help out your top end more now. Good street machine.

thanks, I run the nittos at 18 psi and do a 3 sec burnout before I race I hook alot better on the street than the track,IT will usually spin for a split second then dead hook, I'm gonna race my buddys 04 cobra tonight he has street tires cannot launch for nothing, Might hold him off in the 1/8th mile
