Okay tonight I came back and did some looking around and found this forum. I hope I have come to the right spot to post my ?.

We have a friend whose anti-theft system in his 91 Camaro RS is malfunctioning. Instead of replacing the whole system he wants to just disable it. Does anyone know how to do this? Or where I can find information on how to do this? I do not believe he is wanting to spend the dollars to have it rewired or replaced. This car started off where if you put the key in the car would not recognize it and would not start for 15 minutes. Then it started doing the same thing and the car would not start for a day. Now this car does not start at all. He has owned the car for 2-3 years and just wants sorta bypass this problem. I hope someone can help us on this. Thank you in advance for any advice you have on this situation.
