Hmm...I don't know about your problem, but Tunercat (http://tunercat.com/) is a programmer and not a diagnostic tool (like TTS Datamaster (http://ttspowersystems.com/diagnostic.htm) ).

http://wotelectronics.com/

or

http://akmcables.com

are good to buy cables from.

Glenn needs something that he can use with a laptop so he can log some driving time to diagnose his problem! instead of just throwing new parts at it

he has tried to explain it to me over AIM but i have no clue and have ran thru most of the basics with him of what it might be...

the car (he can explain it better) makes a funky ass popping noise but only does it when the SES light is not on, when the SES light comes on the driveability issues go away

it does not act up all the time is what he told me.
hes had it checked out before but when it was scanned it wouldnt act up...

Getting some logs seems to be the right direction to go.

Get your cable from WWW.MASTACH.COM, you won't be sorry. Great cable and it works on both OBDI and OBDII connectors.

$45 Shipped!

Good suggestion on the mastach cable. It has worked flawlessly for me. AKM makes a prettier cable but that isn't worth $45 MORE. Datamaster is a good program, however Freescan is also a good tool to use. Just do a google search and you should be able to find it. After you log some drive time, you will find that Injuneer can be very helpful in helping you understand the logs. He also has a site that explains PCM/ECM data further

I like TTS Datamaster. Tunercat is a programmer, not a data logger.
