slightly 'bent' wheel

one of my wheels is slightly 'bent', as in it has a slight wabble to it, a friend of mine, who works at a tire place, balanced it with the tire, said it wobbled a little, but it'd be fine, and slapped her on the back...

is something like this worrysome, i just use my car as a daily driver, and just wanted to know what ppl think

does it vibrate when its on the car? It is also possible that the tire wasnt on the balancing machine correctly, some wheels require a bit different approach or else they dont sit right.
