ABS DELETE (I SEARCHED, but it won't let me search for the term ABS)

What all parts do I need to take my ABS module out of my 1995 Trans am. I tried to search but the system won't let me search for any term under 4 letters.

Everywhere I looking around here laughs when I show them metric fittings. I need a piece that necks down my rear brake fitting to the size that is on the master cylinder. I also need a block that has 2 female inlets and one female outlet so I can convert my 2 front brake lines into one line.

I deleted the ABS using a third gen proportionating valve.

I ended up making all the fittings on a lathe since no seems to carry them.

I am having problems now with the car not stopping well. Not sure why but I posted in LT1 tech about it.
