Window streaks...almost like swirls?

I have streaks in my front windsheid from the wipers. I first thought it was dirty, but after a good wash, they are still there. It is almost like they are swilrl marks in the glass. Probably something that came from a bad set of wipers. Anywho, how do I fix it? I have heard of using rubbing compound, and Zaino. I don't want to waste my Zaino on a window, but I will ig I have to. The swirls just make the glass look dirty all the time, and thats Driving me NUTS!

Thanks guys.

I think we need to know what Zaino product you are talking about, the product to use on glass to help remove surface defects is the Zaino Z-12 glass polish which is a strong abrasive made for glass due to its hardness. If you are just referring to the Zaino z-2 or Z-5, although fine to use on glass for a Rain X like effect, neither will remove defects on glass.

Yeah, it was the Z-12. Will that do the trick? Or should I rub ut out with rubbing compound?

Z-12 will be your best bet, rubbing compound is not as abrasive as the Z-12 and is not made for glass.
