Questions Regarding 3rd Gen Parts On 2nd Gen Car Help!!

I have an '81 camaro and am considering adding rear disk brakes and a rear sway bar. I already have the rear disk set up and a rear sway bar, but they're from a 3rd generation camaro. I'm wondering what I can do to make the parts that I already have, work. What type, models, and years of parts might make this a smooth transition? I'm assuming that the rear disk set up won't be a problem for my 10 bolt rearend fit wise, but I know that something will need to be changed to accomodate the brake fluid to be evenly dispersed to the 4 wheel disk brakes. My other concern is in regards to the 3rd gen sway bar. What type of parts (if any) will help me make this transition? Is there some direct bolt on linkage/bushing set up from another year that will help this work? Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

As far as I can figure (I've only owned one 2nd gen, and it wasn't for long) The only possible problems I'd think of, would be the torque arm, sway bar, brake lines, and shock mounting. The pressure to the rear discs is easily solved by a proportioning valve.

Torque Arm: Do 2nd gens have torque arms? If not, may I suggest a Jegster torque arm, as it can probably be modded easily to fit this situation.

Sway Bar: Where does the 2nd gens sway bar attach to? Maybe all you'd need would be to reshape the bar, although the geometry would worry me.

Brakes: Brake lines, I think they use standard brake fittings, while alot of third gens use the metric. Some areas will have need some custom work, and maybe even some AN fittings and the like for conversion.

Shock mounts: I'm not sure of this either, are they different? They do sell new shock perches, so maybe all you would need to do is remove the third gen's, and relocate the new ones to where there needed.
