Phils is good, i dont believe the cottman story though ive had work dont at the one in davison and rick is a great guy, but since the stores are franchised i cant vouch for them all , if it was me i would check al's trans and gear on saginaw, i know he has built more than a few of flints race transmissions.

Greg

You have to be careful with trans shops. They can see a sucker coming a mile away. If you appear to be a sucker, they will screw you.

I've also had good luck with Pioneer in Lapeer. They've worked on 3 vehicles for em so far. Only one had some leakage problems later, they fixed with no questions asked.

Thought about ordering a built one from one of the reputable vendors on the Internet?

Phil's transmission is owned by a friend of my dad's. His guys do awesome work. He shop is one of the few I allow to work on my cars. He has put gears, stalls, and rebulit many trannies for the family. His work is top notch. If you go therE tell Phil, little Phil, Al Crowter, or Terry that Brandon Reno sent you. They will take good care of ya. Terry is going to be putting gears, stall, shift kit in my vert this week.
good luck
Brandon
