Anyone in Austin have LS1/C5 scan software?

Hi guys, I swapped the clutch and rebuilt the T-56 in my friends 98 C5 and we've got a check engine light that won't go away. The car runs fine, I'm thinking it's some sort of emissions code but I can't pull it. If anyone is in Austin and can scan the car, I'd be greatful.
